I have to everyday. My hair is very fine and gets oily as fuck after sleeping. It makes me look like I am much balder than I actually am. I literally go from looking like I have helmet hair one day to somewhat balding the next day when I wake up. It's a weird, fucked up predicament. The excessive shampooing is likely a contributing factor to the oiliness. My dad has the same problem. My hair thinned out some 2 or 3 years ago over a few month span, but thankfully, it hasn't gotten any worse.

Also, pro tip, sulfates are fucking up your hair and scalp - it was pretty much the main reason behind my hair oiliness. I started using nothing but sulfate free shampoos awhile back and it kinda changed my life is all I'm saying.
