try using /dev/pts/1 instead of /dev/tty0... its hard to troubleshoot without having root tho. still and all i think using /dev/pts/0 or 1 or 2 is going to resolve it.

Here is the problem we are having, so you can immediately determine if you could even offer assistance or not. Kind of presumptive of me...

we are running a virtual server with godaddy. We are running Centos 5 and the server is running Xen. the issue is a TTY0 error. It is saying the TTY0 does not exist. We are trying to start VNC but it fails when we try to run it. We cant run startX...that fails as well.

Would you happen to have any ideas for us and could maybe skype with us tomorrow am?
