Fajitas/Tacos
black beans, brown rice cooked with fajita seasoning, chicken, habaneros, jalapenos, serranos, long peppers, red onions, red peppers, cheese, el milagro flour tortillas (faggot, but the corn tortillas always break down or go bad before i can use them all)
cook chicken in habanero/corn salsa medley (slightly reduced, ideally), seasoned with fajita seasoning, oregano, basil, tabasco, habanero sauce, sriracha, and seeds from spicy peppers listed above. add veggies. lightly "toast" tortillas over gas range, add black beans, then cheese, then rice, then chicken/veggies, then more cheese.
