During 2009, several players from the club went to a local school to engage in a community football clinic with the children of the School.
6 months later, Kim Duthie, a 16 y.o girl at the school, went to the principal and informed her she was 6 months pregnant with twins to Sam Gilbert. Sam Gilbert was one of the players who engaged in the clinic.

One month later the ethical standards board suspended a detective involved in the case for "serious misconduct" It was alleged he was fucking her as well.
She spent the next 12 months "stalking" various AFL players around the country.
She repeatedly threatened to release pics and videos. AFL basically told her to fuck off.
She then released these photo's of AFL players, Nick Riewodlt, Sam Gilbert and Nick del Santo to the interwebz via her facebook page.
Shit then blew up huge. AFL/St Kilda filed a restraining order on her, preventing her from releasing anymore pics.
AFL/St Kilda were then put under huge pressure by media to not be so aggressive towards her, and as a result they decided to put her up in a city hotel to help her get her life back together after her parents had kicked her out.
She continued to video blog and threaten via her twitter account.
