Got here (today) at midnight. At 3:30am, FINALLY got our keys. Went upstairs and lo and behold! Someone was already in it!!!!
My husband had to go back downstairs and wait another 30 minutes to get a new room. Its now 4:00am. We drove 10 hours to get here and just wanted to rest.
I called the front desk manager, Kevin, and he says thay he can't do anything for me. No room upgrade, no breakfast voucher or dinner... NOTHING. It's just suck it up.
It ain't my fault you guys don't have man power and are incapable of assigning the correct room to people.
