Here's Rumer Willis leaving a restaurant in Hollywood earlier this week. Flynet says that Rumer "tipped the valet a couple of $1 dollar bills despite driving a $100,000 Mercedes." Rumer, if you're wondering why the inside of your car always smells like farts when you get it from the valet, it's because valets talk to each other and they're on to your little "fold your bills in half a few times so it looks like $6 instead of $2.
