If fake lawyer Dave was here he'd explain that the either side can agree to a plea bargain, however, the judge can sentence him to whatever time is maximum under the law. So if he's looking at a possible 20 years, in exchange for a guilty plea, prosecution can ask for 12 1/2, but its up to the judge to give him whatever he wants. It's a stupid deal for Jared to plead, as he should've just Polanski'd himself out of the country, but I guess he enjoys stale bread and lunch meat so much that he's willing to eat it for the next 15 years and 8 months. Plus, he's going to find out what it's like to be a prostitute inside.

Jared always gave me this creepy douche chill vibe. He probably comes out of there in full Sandusky mode if he comes out alive at all. This seriously changed advertising forever. I don't think we'll ever see another human be the face of any company again. There's too much risk.
